We ship all over India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 48 hours. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Metro Cities: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

  • Other Cities and Towns: Estimated delivery time is 8-12 business days, depending on your location.

 

Shipping Charges:

We offer free shipping across India on orders above ₹499. If there are any additional shipping fees, they will be clearly stated during the checkout process.

RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Bluni, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 10-day replacement policy in case of damage or manufacturing defects.

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The issue must be reported within 10 days of receiving the product.

  • Only products with manufacturing defects or transit damage qualify for a replacement.


How to Request a Replacement:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images of the damaged or defective item

  • A brief description of the issue


Once approved, we will arrange the pickup and replacement at no extra cost. The process can take 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items without a manufacturing defect

  • Items damaged by customer misuse

  • Custom or personalized orders


Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed or shipped.
